Shamanic healing is a type of spiritual healing that aims to help people feel whole and balanced by working with their mind, body, and spirit. Shamans, or practitioners, believe that everything is connected - people, nature, and unseen energies. In a session, a practitioner might use methods of meditation or visualization to connect with these energies, which can help you release things like stress, old pain, or emotional blocks.
-
As our sessions are virtual, it's recommended that you find a quiet spot where you can get comfortable and fully relax.
We'll start off with getting to know each other. It's important for you to share what's on your mind. Then, we proceed with a combination of guided meditations, visualization, and energy work. Expect to feel a shift in your energy as we work through any obstacles, paving the way for clarity and balance.
At the end of our session, we'll take some time to reflect on your experience and we'll discuss how to integrate this healing into your daily life as insights continue to arise.

People often feel relaxed, clear-headed, or even lighter after a session. Some may feel emotional or need time to process what came up. It’s a good idea to be gentle with yourself afterward, drink water, and let your body and mind settle.

This depends on your personal goals and experiences. For most, a shift is felt after one session, but it can be helpful to return for a few sessions to explore the issue further. You can talk to your practitioner about a plan that works best for you.
